Q: What are the key ingredients in your products?
A: Each of our products is made with carefully selected natural ingredients to provide the best care for your skin. Our activated charcoal has been certified as medical-grade powder and is SLS and ISO certified.. For example, our Peel-Off Mask contains activated charcoal and aloe vera, perfect for removing blackheads and whiteheads. The Detox Face Mask includes activated charcoal, ashwagandha, and bentonite clay to deeply cleanse and detoxify your skin. Our Golden Smoothie Mask features kasturi, licorice, kaolin clay, and orange peel powder to brighten and smooth your skin.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes, many of our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Usage & Application

Q: How often should I use these products?
A: For best results, we recommend using the Peel-Off Mask every 10-14 days to remove blackheads and whiteheads. Important: Avoid areas with hairs such as beards, eyebrows, sideburns and eyelashes etc…, keeping your skin fresh and clear. The Golden Smoothie Mask and Detox Face Mask can be used 1-2 times a week. Important: Avoid using all three masks in the same area on the same day. We recommend giving your skin a day break between each mask.

Q: What should I consider before applying the face mask?
A: We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin, to avoid potential irritation.

Q: How do I use the product?
A: Apply a thin layer of the Golden Smoothie Mask or Detox Face Mask to clean skin. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes (but don't let it dry fully), then gently rinse with lukewarm water to reveal brighter, more radiant skin.

A: Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive, while international orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Q: Are your products free from parabens and sulfates?
A: Absolutely! All of our products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, and made without harsh chemicals to ensure your skin is treated with care.

Q: Do your products contain artificial fragrances?
A: No, we only use natural fragrances derived from our ingredients, such as orange peel powder and essential oils, to keep our products gentle on the skin.
